Hi Hanco,<br>

By default the georeferencer plugin is installed with QGIS. It is<br>
sitting under your Raster menu. And it is straight forward. Add as many<br>
points with known coordinates as possible and you will have a pretty<br>
good georeferenced raster.<br>
<br>
Open the raster image, click on an intersection or point or anything<br>
that you have coordinates for OR you can choose from the QGIS canvas<br>
with vector layers (roads, rivers, intersections, points etc.). That's it.<br>
