I've pulled a CSV file into 'Layer' and failed to generate Point
using Toolbox->Geometry by Expression, so I am now trying to
create decimal Deg columns (virtual).<br>
The first few lines in the CSV are: <br>

A1,Longitude,Latitude,,,,<br>
