<p>Just for interest's sake and to latch onto that:</p>
<p>From Francis' link you can go to Browse Erdas APOLLO Catalog</p>
<p>Then under the Coverage
Catalog|ROOT|CDNGI_PORTAL|TOTO_DATA|DOWNLOADS you will find all
provinces datasets in .gdb format, which you can just download.</p>
<p>Then in QGIS use the Datasource Manager and under <i>Vector</i>
choose <i>Directory</i> and <i>Type OpenFileGDB</i>, then locate
the folder which was unzipped from the downloaded file and that's
it. There you have all the lines, polygons, points which are on
the NGI maps. Very valuable stuff! It is read-only but from there
you can change all the styles and fonts/labels etc. and then use
the Tool "Package Layers" to save everything into a GeoPackage.
The amazing thing with that is that all styles will be preserved
and next time you open layers from the GeoPackage they are back
exactly as they were. Amazing QGIS!<br>
