Ci-dessous, pour information, une annonce (en anglais) passée sur les
listes de l'OGC. Il s'agit d'une invitation à répondre à un court
sondage organisé par l'ACI (Association Cartographique Internationale)
sur la thématique "Open Data Access and Intellectual Property Rights"
... Je ne sais pas ce que contient cette enquête (orientation, type de
question, etc.), mais cela pourrait être d'intérêt que la communauté
open source s'exprime sur ce sujet chaud et important. Le lien vers le

"ICA Invites Responses to Survey on Open Data Access and Intellectual
Property Rights

July 13, 2009, Wayland, Massachusetts. The Open Data Access and
Intellectual Property Rights (ODAIPR) Working Group of the
International Cartographic Association (ICA, www.icaci.org) is
conducting a survey and would appreciate input from members of the OGC
community.

The confidential survey takes 15-20 minutes to complete. Toward the end
of November, the Executive Summary will be sent to every respondent who
provides an email address. Please note that the survey results will use
numerical data only in aggregate form. Individual respondents will not
be identified by name or company, and information will be treated with
the strictest confidentiality. The e-mail addresses provided will be
used only for the purpose of delivering the Executive Summary. A summary
of the results will also be posted on the web at
