[RouterGeocoder] The next release of PAGC will be licensed under the X/MIT license

Hi all,

I thought it was appropriate to let this list know that the PAGC project
steering committee has voted to license future releases under the X/MIT
license. The next release (which will be under this license) should be
available in the next couple of weeks.
