[SAC] SVN and Trac status?

Folks,

At the risk of being annoying, what is the status of SVN transition?  When
are we planning to put a Trac instance into place for bug tracking.

My SVN interest relates to a desire to put GDAL into an osgeo SVN instance
next week.  My Trac instance is because I think we really need an organized
bug/issue database related to transition issues.
