[SAC] download.osgeo.org server unreachable...

Folks,

The download.osgeo.org server (198.202.74.219) is currently not responding.
This server is also www.gdal.org, buildbot.osgeo.org and ftp.remotesensing.org.

Any help bringing it back online would be much appreciated.

I also realize there is quite a lot of stuff on this server which does not
exist elsewhere.  Once it is up again (cross-fingers) I will look into
rsyncing the download site contents to the osgeo2 server.

I really think we need to review our backup and disaster recovery plans!
