[SAC] "Public Geodata" SVN for "Custom Scenery" ?

I think I'll declare this as my first action at the OSGeo servers aside
from pure LDAP mangling. I'll comply to existing conventions and If I
get stuck, then I'll ask you on how to proceed after you're back.
