 Well, unfortunately the LDAP group management setup is not organized to
 support the enforced administration of groups the way you would like.

 All projects expect the PSC to approve committers before they are added,
 so it is generally up to the PSC, etc to monitor the committers list and
 take steps if someone is inappropriately added.  I don't see that it is
 different in this case.

 If you are asking SAC to a bunch of software development to enforce your
 policies ... well, I doubt it will be me to do it, and it has been my
 experience that no one else is stepping forward into this particular role
 (ldap management web services).
