Howard,

I discovered a bunch of domain forwardings were failing - ones in the
/etc/httpd/conf.d/rewrite.conf file.  I have added explicit DNS A records
for them all.

Stuff like http://osgeo4w.osgeo.org, and http://fr.osgeo.org/
