 I need to be able to correspond with IANA on behalf of the !MapGuide
 project to request a new MIME type in the vendor tree
 (vnd.osgeo.mapguide.package).  It would be helpful to make this request
 from an osgeo email address (jason.birch at osgeo.org ?), forwarding to my
 personal email account (jason at jasonbirch.com).
