Comment:

 Robert,

 Deploying a new Trac and SVN instance requires:
  * A SAC primary administrator to volunteer to set it up.
  * A motion to SAC being passed to accept SAC responsibility for hosting
 services for your non-OSGeo project.
  * notification of the board and two business days for them to object.

 I'm not really prepared to volunteer to do this more intensive process
 (which is partly why I advised to use the lighter weight approach of
 living inside the existing OSGeo svn/trac).  So I'm reassigning this
 ticket back to SAC in general.  No further action will occur till some
 other SAC member steps forward to pursue this topic.
