 I am seeing:

 /var/www/cgi-bin/auth
 [root at osgeo1 auth]# svn commit -m "authz update is now remote"
 ldap_group.py

 svn: Unrecognized URL scheme for 'http://svn.osgeo.org/osgeoconfig/cgi-
 bin/auth'
 }}}

 This seems to be due to the svn build on osgeo1 lacking http which makes
 it hard to keep the config files up to date in svn.
