Comment:

 If someone from MapGuide is still interested in this, then they will need
 to step up. As it is, this would require additional coding: when the
 commit is made, there is no way to know the email address of the user, and
 the standard SVN post-commit hooks do not handle updating the email
 address of the sender this way.

 I'm closing this ticket barring someone stepping up with code they'd like
 to use for this.
