Michael,

It was my understand that OSGeo had successfully requested Tivoli backups
to stop something like 2 years ago.  This is the first information I've
seen suggesting otherwise and we are certainly not intending to pay any
overage fees unless you can demonstrate a legitimate request from OSGeo
to re-enable tivoli backups.

In any event, I request on behalf of OSGeo to terminate the backups
immediately.  We have our own systems in place to backup core data.
