 Yes the TEAM Engine has entered incubation, they are just showing no
 visible signs of progress yet.

 I agree with you that we need an official list (somewhere other then the
 home page which I cannot edit) and will to the incubation landing page
 here: http://www.osgeo.org/incubator

 I also note since we started this discussion that GeoMoose has graduated
 and can now be listed under *OSGeo Projects*
