 Note that a workshop mailing list, and an academic mailing list already
 exist, and should/must be used for FOSS4G Seoul (because
 experts/presenters from past FOSS4G events already are registered on them,
 and you can use these lists for FOSS4G Seoul discussions, and to share
 your updates right away):
