NOTE: the apache config is stored in a local-only git repository.

We would be happy to move to OSGeo-hosted variants of both of these free services, but the convenience of each of these has been hard to beat. When the free runs out as it inevitably will, we can migrate the website-generation and hosting.

At the moment we've no ready-made website-generation facility.
Would be nice to craft one (foss4g conf 2017 also asked for this).
