[SAC] follow up with SAC on website maintenance

Just wanted to follow up with SAC in response to the website committee
being dissolved.

While we will wait for a new board to be formed before figuring out what to
do I would like to start a thread here on what kind effort the website has
been for SAC to maintain and any other ideas for what is needed on the
infrastructure side.
