 Related to this, is making sure that this same 'group' of volunteers has
 full access to the directory on the new host (hosting Drupal 8.2.1), so
 images and files can be scp'd from old VM to new VM; and also making sure
 this same 'group' of users has full access to the old VM (that hosts
 Drupal 5), to access the old files and images.
