[SAC] [Urgent] Proposal for new OSGeo site hosting

Jody,

The committee approved contracting with GetInteractive to setup a hosted
copy of the beta site that we pay for the hosting. I was hoping Jeff
Mckenna would take lead on the actual setup, I do not have a
confirmation from him.

SAC has a meeting tomorrow, we will make sure the plan is clear then.
