This is what I'm planning to focus on this time - after documenting the
Debian upgrade procedure on the Wiki.


I'm planning to negotiate with OSL for rebooting our Debian7 VM's as well as
Osgeo6 (!) on Wednesday (2018-02-28) around 2100 UTC.
