 It has happened that the accounting tables have been modified by someone
 who is neither PSC Chair (Vero Andreo) nor the treasurer (myself).

 Question: we would like to ask to restrict the *write* access of the
 folder to these two aforementioned persons.

 The *read* access may remain as is.
