 I'm not sure why I was blocked.  Restarting wordpress fixed my blockage.
 I suspect FOSS4G folks are being blocked cause they are all going thru the
 same proxy address and when one person tries too many attempts from that
 address, it blocks everyone.
 checking to see if I can whitelist that address without screwing up
 everything.
