email to inform you of a set of updates that are required for the
NERO optical infrastructure serving the following POPs:<br>

<font face="Helvetica Neue">- Eugene<br>
<font face="Helvetica Neue">- Corvallis<br>
<font face="Helvetica Neue">- Salem<br>
<br>
<font face="Helvetica Neue"><font face="Helvetica Neue">We
are scheduling <font face="Helvetica Neue">the w<font face="Helvetica Neue">ork </font>to be performed
over a<font face="Helvetica Neue"> period of time from
<font face="Helvetica Neue">July 30th to August
10th, 2018. We are still defining the exact dates
and times <font face="Helvetica Neue">when</font>
the work will be performed at each of the POPs. We
need to coordinate the w<font face="Helvetica
Neue">ork between the three sites.</font><br>

<font face="Helvetica Neue">Our plan is to make
this work as <font face="Helvetica Neue">non-disruptive</font>
as possible<font face="Helvetica Neue">. To that
effect we are working <font face="Helvetica
Neue">with</font> one leg of our optical
equipment at a time. However, there are
components that will need to be swapped out at
the same time or <font face="Helvetica Neue">circui<font face="Helvetica Neue">ts that are not
redundant and those will be temporarily
affected. We are <font face="Helvetica
Neue">working</font> to set things up so
we can reduce the downtime to the minimum
time possible to perform the work. We will
directly contact <font face="Helvetica
Neue">those members which we believe <font face="Helvetica Neue">will experience
down time.<br>
