[SeasonOfDocs] Naming an Open project for Doc Templates and Writing Instructions

Great! I'm still in favour of calling the project The Good Docs Project, so
would prefer the name as shown in GitHub/Slack to be the full name even if
we're using the shortened URL/Hashtag #thegooddocs
