There's a big risk of project orphaning with anything that needs more than a Github account to access.<div><br></div><div>Slightly +1 to Netlify only because I would like to use the Docsy project to create a site for the GDP. :) I set one up in <30 minutes as a demo two weeks ago (and most of that time was figuring out Google-internal access issues for my virtual dev env ...)</div><div><br></div><div>As for domain names -- can we do a .dev TLD? I see a lot of projects that are dev-focused going that way, and it's a nice way to skirt the whole .com/.org issue for OS projects. Just for information, if (only if) considering a CMS than Grav<br>
(<a href="https://getgrav.org/" rel="noreferrer" target="_blank">https://getgrav.org/</a>) is a good alternative, no installation needed,<br>
lots of functions, etc.<br>

Personally I'm -1 to a CMS: even if it has a lots of features that a<br>
static website does not have, the framework is more complex and in a<br>
long term view it is definitely more difficult to maintain.<br>
