[SoC] Mentors - Please review, comment and offer to mentor!

I have marked the two proposals as "good" by offering to mentor them - I 
also noticed that I am assigned to mentor the Sensor Web project. Can we 
hold off assigning mentors to projects until we have all the mentors in 
the pool please?
