[SoC] JTIN weekly update

This week was spent cleaning things up: I went through and added extra comments, I prettied up some dialog boxes and other UI stuff, and I refactored a few classes to make them more readable, maintainable, and extendable.

Next week, I'm going to try to get the styles to work with TINs and perhaps code a sun cursor tool that will change hillshade lighting depending on the cursor position.

No real problems to speak of.
