[SoC] Soc Report: H2 Spatial Index

Hi,
    I didn't send report last week because I was out.

This weekend I was solving problem with my eclipse after update of Java 
but problem is solved now. Next I was doing J-Unit test to provide 
ever-lasting functionality for new features. Last thing what I was doing 
was wondering about using R-tree from geotools for spatial index.

Next week I want to connect h2 database with r-tree from geotools.
