Hi Jody,

The following projects haven't sent me their preference yet, so that
means that I'm going to rank them in the order they are in when I do the
ranking, which is tomorrow around 12 GMT give or take a few hours.

GeoServer / GeoTools
Mapbender
MapServer
Quantum GIS
