[SoC] MapServer KML output driver - 10th week report

Last week I experimented with GD and AGG drawing functions. Main task was to
allow KML renderer to use GD/AGG functions for generating ground overlays.
There is no clear result yet due to different function prototypes. One
solution would be to rely only on Cairo and OpenGL renderers, second
solution leads to refactoring existing code.
