[SoC] Week 10 - Server uploads with attached files on Web Symbol Service

This week I was able to upload sld files with attached images to the server,
and in the following two days I will implement the client-server service for
attached onlineresources, so that the client correctly downloads both the
sld file and the attached online resource. Moreover, a more in-depth
documentation will be done.
