[SoC] Summer of Code is on!

Hello,

Today is the official start of the Google Summer of Code! All students
have hopefully already set up their systems and have wiki pages on the
way. ;)

Today you should start coding.

I'm looking forward to seeing your first weeks reports next friday with
links to the wiki pages of your projects. :D

Mentors help out your students in getting a good effective start. You
should teach them how to use svn in case they haven't used it before.

As always if you have any questions regarding GSoC, don't be shy, ask
and I'll try my best to help you.
