[SoC] Students start posting your proposals now!

Can you post an email with links to the follow:

1) GSoC 2010 Calendar of important events or URL of same
2) URL where Students post posposals
3) URL where Mentors can review and comment
4) any other significant links or administrivia that we should be on top of

It seems like I should know all this, but it seems to have escaped my 
brain at the moment.
