[SOC] Week 2 GeoKettle

*What I did during the week?*
**Still studying the codebases. Started a simple centroid step to learn more
about GeoKettle. Didn't finished it yet.
*What difficulties I encountered?*
**Learning a codebase take times. But that was expected.
*What I plan to do during the next week?*
Continue the centroid step. Sumarise the steps identified as important and
detemine if they must be implemented as a step or a job inside geokettle.
