1) What did I do last week

- fixed "Refresh Neo4j Service" Operation
- fixed "Delete Layer" Operation "Out Of Memory" problems (with BIG
Layers...) and added a progress bar
- added an "Open DataStores" registry to the Plugin (the approach
implemented in the previous week wasn't working)
- added a "Find Closest" search to neo4j-spatial
- continued developing the routing plugin

2) What do I plan to do this week

- I hope finish the routing plugin
