[SoC] Week 0 - RESTful API for Mapbender

Hi all,

A quick introduction -  I am Vikas Banjara from IIT Guwahati, India. I am
working on "RESTful API for Mapbender" project this summer.

Work done during Community Bonding Period -
1) Mapbender installation on local PC
2) Read more about RESTful Design principles.
3) Explored the mapbender admin interface
4) Read about mapfish restful api

Work to be done in coming week -
1) Decide resources to be exposed
2) Decide the authentication protocol - plain HTTP or OAuth or both
