[SoC] Weekly Report for Week 1. gvSIG.

Hi all,

This has been a fruitful and interesting week.

What I did:

1 - tested sqlite drivers for java.
2 - studied open jump's spatialite plugin code as an existent solution to
some of the problems.
3 - trying to fix problems with gvSIG plugin creation wizard (not working
yet unfortunately)
4 - found how to use spatialite from java application thanks to sqlite-jdbc
(but still there's one problem to fix)
5 - got in touch logtime with Taro L.Saito (developer of sqlite-jdbc, ie
Xerial project) and A. Furieri (developer of Spatialite) that have given me
good advices and precious suggestions

This week's plan -
1 - fix problem with gvSIG plugin creation wizard
2 - fix the problem in loading spatialite with sqlite-jdbc
