[SoC] GSoC Mentor introduction

Hi all,
I am Peter Neubauer, and would like to offer myself to be a mentor for
Neo4j-related GSoC projects 2011, namely related to uDig OSM editor
work and Geoprocessing applications.

I work with the www.neo4j.org graph database and other OSS projects
like www.ops4j.org, www.qi4j.org and many others. I hope that this can
come to use for the GSoC students in learning OSS skillz and
principles.
