[SoC] Enhancing Geoserver Authentication - 10th Report

I am still working on the admin GUI. Since my mentor suggests to  
develop a comfortable work flow, I invested into the apache wicket  
model architecture.

Finally, I have to use dynamic and reloadable  models to achieve an  
improvement.

Work continues.
