[SoC] Final evaluation period started - deadline August 26th

Hello all, students and mentors!

the coding period of SoC has just finished, kudos to all for the good
contributions to OSGeo projects. All the best for incubating projects
that participated to this year's SoC, that had a good moment of
visibility within the program.

Now it's time to fill up final evaluations (as some of you already did):

Students:
- - the "pencils down" date has passed, but don't stop coding now! most
  of you have already plans to improve the work done so far, so please
  go ahead. Now, prepare a zip file that contains the files (or the
  diffs) that refer to the whole coding period, so from May to
  August 22nd. You will upload it to Google Code after the publication
  of the results, on August 29th.
- - fill the evaluation that you find on Melange. It's similar to the
  midterm evaluation. The deadline is August 26th.

Mentors:
- - fill the evaluation on Melange. Note: the question about weekly time
  dedicated to SoC still has to be corrected on Melange side. You can
  always come back to the evaluation and modify it until August 26th.
  If you are not able to fill it, you can delegate another mentor, or
  one of the admins.
