[SoC] Weekly Report 6 : PyOSSIM Project

Hi,

I have updated the page for PyOSSIM project for Week 6 [1]. Following
are the important points.

* I finished learning about the PIL and some of Numpy.
* I coded SWIG-wrapper interface for the imaging module of
ossim-imaging and init branches.
* Next week I plan on extending it to the projection and base classes
also. The code can be found here [2].
