[SoC] GSoC Week 7 Report: Graphical User Interface for the hydrological tools r.stream* in GRASS GIS

Hi,

this week I implemented the first tab of GUI (network extraction). Still
handler functions are missing, I'll work on it over the next week. I also
have to prettify it but I want to concentrate now on making it work
properly. I committed my working copy on [0].
