hello

here is my status report for week 2

what i did get done
- examined and discussed view service metadata (getcapabilities) with my
mentor
- delved into proposed solutions/code patches for named layer support
(container layer)

what i plan on doing next
- update wiki regarding view service metadata as some kind of
reference/example how to enable inspire
- outline relevance of named layer support as well as provided options for
further discussion in community
