here is my status report for week 5

what i did get done
- getting familiar with sphinx, working on rfc
- looking through all "grouped layer" and "named style" related mapserver
tickets/patches

what i plan on doing next
- finishing rfc (addressing noted issues of gsoc proposal) within the next
two weeks
