[SoC] GSoc: Report 10 - transiTime QuickStart application

Hi all,

Here is my report for this week,

1)-What did you get done this week?

Transitime Tests using database now pass.

Added webapp unit test.

Added webapp calling to transitimeQuickStart.

The Webapp and api now run on the same server.

Added a starting server method.

2)-What do you plan on doing next week?

Continue adding functionality to webapp, currently now using the wrong
apikey for api calls.

Change the config file used from transiTimeconfig.xml to
transitime.properties file.

3)-Are you blocked on anything?

Progress is being slowed slightly by the lack of a small reliable realtime
gtfs file and related feed to use.
