[SoC] GSoC 2017 - Week 5 Report - Implement Connected Components Algorithms for pgRouting by the Boost Graph Library

Hi All,

This is my report for Week 5 (June 26 - July 2):


*What did you get done this week?*

   - Extended Pgr_base_graph to fix duplicates.
   - Wrote family page of components algorithms.
   - Wrote documentation of my three functions.

Set of pull requests can be found in [2].


*What do you plan on doing next week?*

   - Improve documentation of components algorithms.
   - Lint the code of components algorithms.
   - Create pgTAP unit tests for my functions.

Details of possible sub tasks can be found in [3]


*Are you blocked on anything?*
No, at the moment I’m not blocked.
