[SoC] BoF at FOSS4G-Europe

Hi all,

Mentors are invited to attend a BoF (informal meeting) next week during 
the FOSS4G-Europe event in Paris (Friday evening), to discuss GSoC with 
some of the admins, face-to-face.  One of the important topics is to 
develop guidelines for attending the Summit, so it would be great to 
have input from mentors.  If you cannot attend in person, you can also
