[SoC] GSoC Introduction

 Hi All,

I am Garima. I am highly grateful for getting the opportunity of working
with OSGeo and NASA-ESA WebWorldWind In GSoC 2018.

I will be working on "*Support for WFS Format**"* project under the
guidance of Gabriele Prestifilippo and Jakub Balhar. In this project, OGC
format Web Feature Service [WFS] client will be created which will support
Transaction Operation on features by using WFS standard request and
response.
